No registration forms. No account setup. No staff assistance.
Attracting players is important. Getting them to come back is where the real value lies. That’s why we’re excited to introduce TAP (Touch Activated Profiles), a new Laserforce feature that automatically creates player profiles using the RFID cards your guests are already carrying.
One tap is all it takes.
With TAP, every tap of an RFID card becomes the start of a personalized player journey that drives engagement, loyalty, and repeat visits.
- LASERFORCE EXCLUSIVE
When a guest taps an RFID card to the front of their Gen8 vest,
Laserforce automatically assigns a temporary codename and links it to that card. The player is immediately recognized by the system and can jump straight into the action.
- LASERFORCE EXCLUSIVE
After they finish that game, using the same RFID card,
Visit a Laserforce kiosk and tap their RFID card. The kiosk instantly recognizes the player and displays their profile, including game history, statistics, achievements, rankings, and more. Players can even personalize their experience by changing their codename and managing their profile themselves.
A win for players and a win for operators.
Traditional membership and profile systems often require staff to create accounts, answer questions, and help guests through the registration process. TAP removes those barriers.
Players create their profiles naturally through regular play, allowing staff to focus on delivering great guest experiences instead of managing account registrations. Whether you’re operating with a full team or moving toward a more automated model, TAP helps streamline operations while improving the guest journey.
More Reasons to Return.
The real power of TAP is what happens after the first game. Once players have a profile, every visit becomes part of a larger journey. They can track their progress, monitor their stats, unlock achievements, and build their reputation over time.
Instead of being just another one-time guest, they become invested in their performance and motivated to come back for more. That’s a win for players and a win for operators.
