Mars not long ago wrapped up an install in Thailand which has now opened for business. They just released a great video showcasing their new site and we thought it deserved to be shared considering the great work they have done.
Check it out below!
“It didn’t take long to decide that Laserforce was the way to go. While pricing was competitive, it was the fringe benefits that sold us. Because the North America distributor operates a large and successful laser tag facility in Colorado, they were able to talk to us about much more than just the equipment. They spent a lot of time helping us to understand the business and operation of a laser tag facility, as well as design considerations. This was invaluable.”
“Laserforce is our fourth laser tag system and, hand-down, the best one we’ve used. We do not employ all of the available features and gameplay options, but have had only minor maintenance issues we were able to fix quickly.”
“Our players have really enjoyed the interactive and customizable features of Gen8, and the state-of-the-art system has brought in a new wave of customers in addition to our repeat customers! Kids specifically have found the avatars to be their favorite feature and are encouraged to share their scores and avatars with their friends who have yet to play.”
“I’ve told our owner many times how much I think your system is the best of the 3 that I have worked on. I only have to work on the vests/phasers once a month (which is when 25% of the vests need work). I don’t know why he opted for LaserBlast at our other store. That system is so full of bugs, they really overdid the vest circuitry and they are always failing. Laserforce is simple to diagnose and repair, even the circuitry.”
“The ease of working on the vest was a big part of it. How easy it is to change out parts when we need to and its not very often. Actually we just love the features that are included in the software.”
“If you’re going to use it a lot, get the best. If you’re cutting corners on any laser tag system you’re going to suffer. What are people paying for? They’re paying for the experience and you want to give them the best experience possible.”
