Laserforce operators,
All Laserforce family members are currently experiencing unprecedented times. The Laserforce teams wants to let you know that we are committed and on standby to assist and support you.
Our support staff will continue to be available. Laserforce International is prepared and in a strong position to provide the required support.
We are aware that some locations have chosen to use this time to engage staff to repair and provide venue maintenance. Along with our technical support, our spare parts ordering and delivery process remains unchanged. We maintain a large inventory of spare parts, we do not anticipate any concerns with normal spare parts availability.
We have prepared some more information below as a timely reminder on how to ensure your system is ready for operation. Please share this with your staff that will benefit from this information.
Whether your location is operating as normal, or you are under restrictions, please take a moment to review the items below for the well-being of your system, clients, and staff.

Whether your laser tag attraction will be suspended for a period of time or you’re running on limited operational hours, please remember to keep your vests charged! Battlesuit batteries that are not on charge and are fully drained, will be damaged and will need replacing.
Protect your investment and have a hassle free return with this simple procedure.

Spraying your cleaner of choice into the cloth first, then wiping the battlesuits, is okay as long as you’re mindful of the over-spray from the bottle. Also, be sure to use cleaners that are not too abrasive to the plastics and vest material. Read more…
