Laserforce announced today the launch of its long awaited, three years in the making, new laser tag system that promises to make other equipment retro in comparison. Using the very latest technology, Gen 8 Infinity features an innovative vest and phaser design with beautiful lighting effects, a capacitive touch phaser screen, an industry-exclusive interactive chest screen, and a myriad of new player features.

Once players see a Gen 8 battlesuit, they’ll never want to play a game of old school laser tag again. Gen8 Infinity delivers the most advanced visual laser tag experience ever. Players will experience new gameplay objectives, power-ups, abilities, weapon types, and customization options. They can interact with the game in new ways via a 3.5” capacitive touch phaser screen — the largest in the industry — and an innovative, exclusive 5” chest display.
Gen8 is available for pre-order now. The new system has started rolling out to early adopters and will begin shipping to customers worldwide in September.
