Welcome to what has now become an historic event, and one which will be viewed very differently by many people from all around the world.

Laserforce is determined to ensure the success of our operators when the time comes for systems to power up. Our development team has continued working on enhancements and updates, one of these we have detailed for you below. Laserforce also continues to provide support where needed.

In an effort to maintain a sense of normality I am encouraged to hear that some associations and companies are running webinars, and others have been compiling resources to assist operators when the time comes to switch the lights back on. One of these resources is the Amusement Recovery Website. We have compiled an easy reference list for you below that you can look through at your leisure.

These resources are a great way to stay involved, learn, plan and execute for your business. I have been finding that research during this time has been one of my most rewarding tasks. Knowledge is power, and I encourage all operators to become knowledgeable about each aspect of their business.

Have a look at the reviews on your various platforms, read them, take note – what can you do better
What revenue streams are available to you via the Laserforce system that you have not yet taken advantage of? (Achievements, database, game structures, tournaments, memberships to name a few)
What more can you learn about your players? Put some surveys together and send out to your database, let them know you are still there

This will come to an end, and those with the knowledge, drive and ambition to make theirs a stronger, better business will flourish.
